Caretaker Service

Century provides an onsite caretaker service to many commercial communal areas and entrances across the region catering for all cleaning and maintenance needs to ensure consistent cleanliness and presentation at all times.

Maintaining high standards
Our onsite caretaker operatives will perform regular floor walks, identifying any tasks or anomalies, reporting accordingly. They will clean the onsite washrooms and communal facilities and will meet and greet external contractors eg. fire/security contractors and maintain a high level of presentation of the facilities for clients and visitors alike.

Grounds Maintenance
Our caretaker operatives will also service the car park, keep it free from litter, tend to smoking shelter bins as well as report any anomalies or ad hoc incidents thus greatly reducing inconvenience to onsite tenants or facility downtime.

Our maintenance services can cater for all your bespoke communal needs, many clients choose to add; changing of light bulbs, fire alarm tests, scheduled evacuation tests, servicing doors, glazing and entrance matting to name a few.
