Do I need to have previous experience to work at Century Group?
It depends on the position you're interested in. Many roles require less specific experience as full training will be provided.
Good level of English language
On the grounds of Health & Safety and to converse on work tasks and client requirements a good level of the English language is required.
Access to work location
It is essential that for any employment works undertaken that you can get to the agreed worksite either by Car, Public Transport, Cycle or within Walking distance.
Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS check), Previously known as a CRB check
Some client positions may require for us to complete a DBS check. This is a simple check that is intended to disclose any cautions, reprimands, warnings and convictions deemed to be unspent according to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.
