Century Group tends to many retail and commercial pressure washing jobs across the Dorset, Hampshire and Wiltshire Counties on behalf of major retailers and retail shopping centres. As part of a redecoration program, Century was asked to pressure wash the ceilings, walls, pillars and lighting units ahead of painters attending to redecorate throughout.
The white painted surfaces has become covered in detritus and fumes from the busses and continued exposure to the open environment.
As the retail location is also a major bus station, pedestrian footfall rapidly increases very early and maintain consistent throughout the day. With some retailers opening from 7am, Century worked overnight to cordon off segments and strategically work through the site to minimise any inconvenience to the public and were offsite by 7.30am.
As well as the ceiling, walls and pillars, Century also pressure rinced the pavers, then hand blade, window cleaned the retailers shop front windows to ensure there was only a blemish free finish. Overall the job was completed to scope and to a consistent high standard.
Although not appropriate for this scope of works, Century Group can also remove offensive graffiti from a variety of surfaces as well as complete a comprehensive chewing gum removal cleanse which both complement the overall appearance and site presentation.
